  • 3-week trainer certification program loosely based on the ADDIE instructional design model.
  • Team building activities manual which included trainers’ debriefing notes, plus safety manual. End product was 150+ paged guidebook with 42 activities.
  • Coach experienced technical and non-technical trainers on 29 competencies in order for them to pass a European external competency assessor.
  • Communication skills program for all non-managers so that H.R. could roll-out an organisational wide initiative to address communication skill gaps.
  • 3-week consulting skills program. The attendees will become internal consultants and help reduce dependency on external consultants.

  • 2-week program for recent college grads. Titled ‘Landing the Job’, the goal was to get the learners employed under the Malaysian government’s SL1M initiative. Our program included:
